Add specific test for implementation

Basically have specific test/s to ensure that when the app is built it is using the correct settings (from settings.properties and custom.properties).

Of course these tests will need to be different for each implementation (eg core should point to https://demo.oppia-mobile.org and LMH to https://cmedata.org), but it should help prevent errors/mistakes when building the apps
