Add support for finding cycling routes

• Calculate & add biking costs to graph
• Revise API endpoints to include parameterized travel mode
• Add rewrites to old paths to prevent downtime during updating
• Ensure nodata in length_b does not cause problems
• Make sure that the app does not use too much memory when this is implemented (due to added cost attributes)
