Chainable workflows

It'd be nice to have a method of chaining CLI tasks together. I could imaging that you could either have a "Add another step" button at the bottom of the analysis tool OR require that a user create a special instance. Ideally, this would be stored as if it were just another CLI so that it could be selected directly and be composed into bigger workflows.

One could show a graphic where each step lists its inputs and outputs. Compatible inputs or outputs from prior tasks could be attached to inputs of future tasks.

Ideally, we'd leverage an existing workflow design tool and not write much of it ourselves.
