IOS app missing from main page/app store

Hey all, I'm wanting to try out the program...but as I am on windows I can not build the ios app from source. (very easily)
I'm not sure if I'll be able to run it anyways, since I am using an Ipad 1.
Is the pre-built app for IOS out there? If not, is there a way I could run Gamult on windows?
