Error when changing title for .sav

I use this to change titles for my game saves. It helps me organize them in Windows Explorer. Today when I went to make a new save I noticed all my titles were gone. When I tried to add a title back to the .sav files, I get the error Error 0x800300FB: The file %1 is not a valid compound file. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling FileMeta.
