PhotoGIMP doesn't work

I installed PhotoGIMP with Choco, but it doesn't works: the splashscreen changed, but the dock no.

same with me, I downloaded the folder https://github.com/Diolinux/PhotoGIMP/tree/master/.var/app/org.gimp.GIMP/config/GIMP/2.10 and pasted the contents to %APPDATA%\GIMP\2.10 (following the instructions for a Windows installation from the Readme). Restarted GIMP, splash screen changed but nothing else.
GIMP version 2.10.38.

Noticed the same. Manual installation and the same version

If you have previously had GIMP installed via .deb, .rpm, etc., please ensure you delete the directory $HOME/.config/GIMP, as this may cause conflicts with the Flatpak config files.

After deleting the folder, it worked!
