Accessibility issue: Key press repeat delay time and rate

Key press repeat delay time and rate are set too fast/high by default in headless firmware and there is no way to change them to make M8 headless usage more comfortable for older people or individuals with disabilities. With the default settings it is very easy to overshoot target cursor position or parameter value.
