Implement timeout and retry button for sessions list

Current timeout defined for requests either is too long or has no feedback on UI.
Whatever the case is, user don't know what is happening and doesn't have a way to try again to load list.
Work here is to fix or implement timeout logic and put a retry button for sessions list.
