Add "connection stalls" termination

in cutechess, a termination can be divided into "connection stalls" when an engine takes too long to respond with readyok or uciok and "disconnects" when an engine crashes. currently in fast-chess theres no such distinction and both stalls and crashes are labeled "disconnects". i think it would be good to make fast-chess behavior more in line with cutechess on this regard
