Publish sources and javadoc artefacts

Please publish the sources and javadoc jars to maven repository so they are available in IDE.

I thought they were being published. My IDE is emacs, so how can I check if the sources and javadocs are being published?

I ust checked Maven and they are published, but for some reason the IDE does not pick tehm up. Probably some metadata issues as it works for all other jars.

If you can figure out what metadata needs to be added, feel free to file a pull request and I'd gladly accept it.
