Grafana integration for production statistics

Integrate grafana graphs with Factorio production on all servers to show statistics of production on a new subdomain of http://awf.yt, i.e. http://production.awf.yt
TODO list to make this happen:
- get the node fetcher to push data to prometheus correctly
- manage out the grafana graphs to be what we want
- create a subdomain on awf.yt to show the graphs for public
- redirect requests on awf.yt to the server that hosts grafana
- Patch the two scenarios (graftorio and existing AwF-Scenario) together without conflicts

Mainly added. Currently bugs in the scenario that must be fixed. Subdomain not done yet, will be done soon:tm: though
