Users Losing balance and details

Funds and details display are tied to a sever or api in the desktop and if that server or api goes down the users cannot see those funds or masternode details and this causes great consternation
I know that we are moving away from old code and making our new code but if we can bandaid or make a catch or something to prevent this until we have the next iteration dont.

The users did not just lose price
the lost everything, balance, overview history all just disappeared and the wallet appears like a new wallet and the console wont unlock

But once you reset the server it worked immediately again

happened to me personally
and empty wallet view and no console access
until the seconds after you restarted that server

This is fixed in the new wallet. They go to the light client price servers direct.
