[PATCH] [REQUEST] Hoven Gorge King of the Hill improvements

• Add four teleport pads. Two inside both buildings that are connected to the destroyed bridge and two others that are on top of the high ground ice platforms. The pads would teleport a player from inside the buildings to the nearest high ground ice platforms and vice versa.
• If the teleport pads are added, add two KOTH hills inside both buildings that are connected to the destroyed bridge.
