Upgrading to 0.3.0 link in Version 0.3.0, 2021-09-21 redirects to same page

Welp, I thought I fixed this. I sure fixed it locally. When I pushed to my docs-site repo and triggered netlify, the build went smoothly, but the release history has COMPLETELY DISAPPEARED.

So that went poorly.

I am out of time for the night and have no idea where to start. Rolling the site back for now... will resume asap.
