As of this transaction, the Meta-DAO has migrated its assets to the new program - metaX99LHn3A7Gr7VAcCfXhpfocvpMpqQ3eyp3PGUUq - with the treasury ADCCEAbH8eixGj5t73vb4sKecSKo7ndgDSuWGvER4Loy.

We should update the UI to use the new program. It's got a new IDL, which can be pulled by running anchor build in that repo.
