[feature] add back TWAP to the markets display

There was a TWAP value on the markets, however it was commented out from the codebase for some reason. Would appreciate it being added back in. Not sure exactly where it should sit, perhaps in it's own or at the top of the market, the main thing we didn't want was to influence user behavior when pricing (don't want to enter in 0.01 for an ask).

While adding this, setting up mid price somewhere would be useful too.
