Polls don't support quiz mode

First of all let me thank you for this great library! It's really convinient.
Coming to issue, there is no way to send a quiz.
Also there is no «poll_answer» field in Update type.

Hi. I have updated Funogram.Telegram to 6.0.0.1-preview. This version is synchronized with latest Telegram documentation and contains "poll_answer".
