Update deepdep manual page change for change in get_dependencies

get_dependencies() was updated to address #19 which is very nice. The roxygen2-generated Rd file for it was updated, but when argument comes in from deepdep() (which is the default documented use) then the default is not changed. This looks like an accidental oversight.
It is easy to fix and I'll send a PR in a minute. If I misunderstood the intent don't worry and just close this.
PS It was very kind, and absolutely not needed, to add me as 'ctb' for what may have all of two lines of code that I contributed.
PPS This may need added documentation updates in vignettes etc. I only spotted the not-quite-propagated change in deepdep().
