So in Plex, there are Show posters, Season Posters, and then Episodes (aka Title Cards). TCM allows you to completely revamp/overlay your Titlecards. Things like blur episode image until watched so nothing is revealed by flipping through episode thumbnails on Plex. And other really nifty and neat overlays.

I would much rather recommend https://github.com/MrZablah/SyncPosterProcess.
It gets posters that have identical styling to make all your posters look neat. For help you'd need to join the Trash-Guides Discord

Pretty sure what you linked to does not do title cards like this:
