We talked briefly about implementing such feature in reddit chat, I'd be interested in taking a crack at this this weekend if you may have some guidance on how to accomplish this. Not quite sure if this is doable within the library itself via typescript or if you meant implementing like a VS Code extension or something.
If you know of a way this would be possible and can share some documentation on it I'll give it a go when I have some freetime.
