Create a new notebook to load and apply models

New notebook should have all the models that are listed in the wiki as options for the user to choose.

• Add new model options
• Save outputs on a per year basis
• Save outputs to a session directory
• Save model settings to file
• find how to convert RGB model outputs into an orthomosaic
