作者您好！您的工作非常出色，我想尝试用您的代码训练自己的数据集，但是不太清楚数据集的处理过程，我自己的数据集是data:tiff，label:nii类型，请问您是否可以提供数据集预处理的代码供我参考？十分感谢！我的邮箱：huxm093@163.com
hi there. we have already sent the code and it seems like you relied with a different email address (if you didnt pls inform me). Also, if you would like to use MT-Unet on pathology datasets (since you have .tiff input i guess?) you probably have to write the preprocessing code by yourself, since it can be really different from MRI images. We are also working on pathology datasets rn so it would be great if you can share your experimental results.

oh sry i checked my mailbox again and find out that u sent a different email. we obtained the preprocessed Synapse dataset by contacting the authors of TransUnet and have uploaded it here. hope it can help.
