I want to get this all question and answer in our application.

Please, Can you tell me, how can i use this?

This is merely a page with lot's of links to other resources - it cannot be embedded into another application with all the questions and answers. What you could do though is to download the README.md parse all links put them into a list and write an extractor than gather the questions and their respective answers from each resource. This will take some time though.
