Confirmed operation in embedded mode on the latest iOS 17.6.1.
It works by injecting libmemory_server.dylib into the app, similar to Frida Gadget.

When does the process stop?
I have not been able to sort it out, but some logs are output in NSLog in the format [MEMORYSERVER].
