Saying its failing to open pesterchum, <'class 'OSError'> , [WinError 10038]

Hi there, I downloaded Pesterchum last night, and it worked perfectly fine. I tried to open it today and this popped up. I tried turning on my VPN and that didn't work either. An error message popped up saying "<'class 'OSError'> , [WinError 10038], An operation was attempted that wasnt in socket." I tried uninstalling it, or using the Windows 7+ version but that didn't help either. Any thoughts? Thanks.

Yeahh still not rly sure what causes that </3
If it's happening often you could downgrade to 2.5.3, it doesn't seem to have the issue.
