[Feature Request] hide your retweeted posts after refreshing the following tab

I sometimes see my own retweets on the following tab when I refresh the page.

If it's possible, it would great to have an option to disable the visibility of your retweeted posts on the "following" tab.

I noticed there was a closed source modified Twitter app that had this option. So that's what makes me assume it's possible to change
