Combine Program.cs & Startup.cs into one?

Just curious whether you would consider combining Program.cs & Startup.cs into a single file worth a PR?
I know for this codebase the "minimal hosting model" might break other places but it is manageable. If interested, I am ready to work on it.

I'm going to keep the separation between the files.
