in double elimination not able to submit data. in console it shows "Match not found"
even there is a bug in 8 teams double elimination.

Yes, sorry the demo has some issues, it was created by a contributor of the project and it's mostly working.
I'll need to fix some things later. This is only a demo.
The second problem you are mentioning is a duplicate of Drarig29/brackets-manager.js#138.

@Swagoto97 this commit should have fixed your first issue. You can try with the master branch.
