Create basic jobs for keeping the project up to date

• Quality gate CI for running tests on each PR on main
  • Unit tests
  • **Screen shot and instrumented tets are not set up.
• Healthcheck for running for running, beanchsmaks and profiling
• Remote cache for running buils agains the main branch and storing the cache

**Dependency updates will be done on a future, because build lógic its not set up.
