Slash Commands Tracker
This issue is for tracking progress relating to slash commands

AddCal command is special, see #113
/addcal is added in code, but will only work for devs while I implement the full flow as outlined in the issue mentioned in my previous comment.
Unlike the previous slash commands I've done, the original !addCal will remain for now since its incomplete (tho, due to google issues, its not really working anyway but whatever)
With the completion of the announcement command, I'm gonna consider this tracker complete. The /addCal command isn't complete, but with the new website I have in the works, it won't be needed as the flow will be moved away from DMs in discord to using the website for better UX.
