Sub-macros disappear when moving the mouse

The sub-macros disappear when you try to move the mouse from the main toolbar onto them. I am using foundry 10v290 and D&D3.5 v 2.0.7

Example: I hover over the toolbar skills macro. All the skills pop up, but as soon as I try to move the mouse to select a skill the entire Que disappears.
