Spell Item Macros show in Token Action HUD with no way to remove them

If an Item Macro is created for a spell, it creates an entry in the Token Action HUD with no way (that I have found) to remove them. This clutters the UI and makes for minor confusion when trying to select a spell from the HUD.

Nothing like asking for help to make me learn the answer...

I'm totally wrong - there is a very clear setting that controls this (that I learned by reviewing the code at https://github.com/Drental/fvtt-tokenactionhud/blob/master/scripts/settings.js lines:190-211)
