[SWADE] Add support for Actions

Hi,

Recently the SWADE system added a new type of Foundry Items to the Actor sheets: Actions.

Those items appear directly in the main page of a NPC Actor sheet:

Or in a dedicated tab in the PC Actor sheet:

They represent various maneuvers the character can perform. They can be rolled just like Attributes, Skills, Powers, or Weapons.

I suggest to add them under the Skills or the Attributes menu, in their own line (like you did for Derived Stats)
