[Bug] Volume resets

Describe the bug
i was playing a song with low volume and looked in the files and found mvol=X increased the songs volume. but the problem then is that when i reset the song the volume also resets back down to its orginial value, making the songs super quiet
To Reproduce
just reseting with f5
going out to menu then back into the song fixes it, but adds more steps and wait time
