Whenever I reopen Firefox all the tabs disappear from my groups

Pretty much what the title says, whenever I reopen Firefox my tabs just close and disappear from the groups, making them all go back to zero and having to go to the backups and restore a backup. This just started happening after I logged in my Firefox account in other computers, when I came home and logged in my main computer all the tabs were gone, but even after logging them off the new computers the problem still persists, and now happens almost, if not, every single day.
The same thing happens to me after I recently updated Firefox.
same here.
plus, on backup restore firefox closes abruptly and I can not even take a debug log.
Is there anything I can do to provide some logs?
edit: I searched all day for a fix, then I stumbled in this fix.
set closeWindowWithLastTab to false in about:config
And it works again, even the restore
it is not a duplicate, because the loading screen that you describe on #1035 doesn't even appear.
and even with the closeWindowWithLast Tab on false it hasn't fixed anything

My mistake - only half of your report is a duplicate - the zeroing out part. The same mechanism is at play there.
It's a shame that the closeWindowWithLastTab fix didn't work for the first symptom, because I had the exact same issue with tabs closing, and that fix also resolved it for me.
This has happened to me twice this week now. Tried the above fix with no luck.
I discovered that the setting 'Open previous windows and tabs' under Settings > General > Startup was unchecked, possibly due to a Firefox update. This was the cause of my tabs in groups being lost upon browser restart. Re-enabling this setting resolved the issue.
