Support multiple type of archives on remote sources

OwlPlug only supports zip files for downloading and installing plugins.
The client should also support tgz or tar.xz formats to pull releases produced by developers and avoid third-party repackaging just for OwlPlug compatibility.
The common-compress library can be used on the client.
This change should be part of the new owlplug-registry spec.
