Exclude files stating with "._" from plugins and project discovery

When files are accessed from MacOS in a non-HFS filesystem or when files are copied from MacOS to anotherfile system, a ._* file might be created to store HFS file metadata.
Plugin and Project scanner must ignore such files based on the prefix.
