Fix up Sign Up, add ability to toggle visibility with password, give users password requirements in plain text

1. When signing up, I recievreceivedject in the console log but that was all, what that the only action that was supposed to take place?
2. The user should be able to toggle their password visibility to see what they're typing in plain text
3. Requirements for password should be in plain text so users are able to reference it when creating a password
