PlayStation shader failed to load in RetroArch

Hi, I'm trying to load a PlayStation shader in RetroArch and always get "Failed to apply shaders preset". This is the log:

Thank you for the log, it is a big help!

It looks like you have my pack installed in the wrong folder. It needs to be in "shaders/Mega_Bezel_Packs" you have it in "shaders".
