Term missing from site title and site id when setting up a Sakai course site through Kits Batch Create Sites

Describe the bug
Term missing from site title and site id when setting up a Sakai course site through Kits Batch Create Sites. This will cause a problem every semester as the term is what keeps each site and site id unique

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to kits-test
2. Click on the Admin Console, then Batch Create Sakai Sites
3. Select Nursing (or any subject), term and template
4. Select one course to create from results
5. Skip Add Member to to site
6. Finish batch
7. Go to site created on Sakai-test
8. Term is missing from Sakai course site title and from site id

Expected behavior
The term should part of the site title and site id. Example: Sakai site title NURSING 912 - 01: Observational Methods Lecture F21 and Sakai site id for same site - https://sakai-test.duke.edu/portal/site/nursing-912-01-observational-methods-lecture-f21
