Setting a species living standard to Academic Privilege doesn't give pops working specialists jobs the +15% happiness bonus as stated in the tooltip. The +10% science production bonus is working though.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Set a species living standard to academic privilege and have them work a specialist job. My race is fanatic xenophile, fanatic materialist, cooperative, with technocracy, automated indolence, artificers and science directorate civics and an oligarchic government.
Expected behavior
Specialist job working pops of species with the living standard should have +15% happiness.
