Typo in Project Name - Milian to Milan

I hope you're having a good day! Thanks for creating this amazing repository.

The project Milan's name is actually spelt wrong in the project ReadMe.

I am opening this issue and would like if someone who is starting out in OS would like to solve it, otherwise, I will:

Steps to resolve the issue on GitHub itself:

1. Fork the repository
2. Create a new branch with an appropriate name
3. Go to read me in the branch, go to readme and click on the pencil icon to start editing
4. Find the name Milian: you will find it like this
   #### 2. [Milian](https://github.com/IAmTamal/Milan) - A hub for the Users to connect with the NGOs, Charities and other orgs for a good cause !
5. Change the name in [Milian] to [Milan]
6. Please see the contributing guidelines when you make the PR
