Fallout 3 failed to run with Duo, "This application cannot be run from remote desktop"

when I uninstall Duo and use Sunshine directly, it runs without any issue.

I think this is an issue with Bethesda games and windows remote desktop. Same happens with Skyrim.

For Skyrim there was an SKSE plugin that would "cheat" the game and fake that it is not a remote session. Unfortunately the plugin is now outdated and it does not work.
