Hi! Thank you so much for sharing your work. Can you please specify what preprocessing with CAT on the raw MRI did you do?

Hello, we used the "segment" pre-processing pipeline of CAT12 from which we take the modulated, wrapped, gray matter T1 (mwp1) images.
