Non-json accepted symbols

In the vehicles.json there are a few \t's that don't belong there, In the weapons.json and peds.json there were also some escape symbols that don't belong there

Fixed with latest commit, this seems to be an issue with R* game file - sometimes they have a tab instead of a space as a seperation for flags
