Wapm registry response/request has changed (or is broken)

Likely the changes they have done which now require COEP are part of my issue (https://wasmer.io/posts/introducing-the-wasmer-js-sdk). I will need to upgrade I am thinking, but when I have time I will compare the response to see if it's fixable. Maybe I can manually call the API and just use the wasm data directly.
