Apologises for the brief pause in the development of sagemaker r sdk. When developing the tensorflow PR. I noticed there was some key components missing from the package. As a result I have been focusing on re-vamping some of the pillar blocks of the package to get it more update with sagemaker python sdk v2.

I have been pulled away slightly with the recent updates for noctua and rathena (not really an excuse).

I am now refreshed and ready to continue work on the sagemaker r sdk 😄
