look into seting up the build server to begin hosting the output files, probably just windows for the time being. (https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Unity3dBuilder+Plugin) for the plugin

I broke it! the Jenkins server is down (for the time being). hopefully it will be up someday, but until then, manual builds
