Leaves appearing and disappearing constantly

Tested mod version: DynamicTrees-1.20.1-1.3.0-BETA12.jar

Describe the bug
Leaves randomly appear and disappear around dynamic trees. (This isn't the case in older versions)

To Reproduce

1. Generate a world with Dynamic Trees
2. Load in
3. Look at the weird leaves

Mods List
Doesn't matter, happens with only this mod installed too

I'm not sure what the extent of this is as I haven't seen the video, maybe it is doing it more than it should. However please note it has been normal in all versions for the leaves to appear and vanish from time to time, as the growth matures and underlying mechanisms cycle somewhat due to the way they work. This is usually not visible unless on an amplified random tick speed, however.
