Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It's frustrating that the Dynatrace operator cannot install the CSI driver on its own. When you specify cloudNativeFullStack, you need the CSI driver, but it does must be installed manually.

Describe the solution you'd like
If cloudNativeFullStack is chosen, the operator should install the CSI driver.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Some kind of automation to check when the operator gets upgraded and upgrades the CSI driver.
